Hearing Protection Giveaway
Conditions of participation
Participation in the giveaway and its execution are governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Organizer & Promotion
The organizer of this giveaway is: bachmaier GmbH, Am Pfaffenkogel 4, 83483 Bischofswiesen, Germany.
The promotion runs from February 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM (CET) until February 25, 2026, at 11:30 PM (CET).
During this period, the following prizes will be raffled among all valid participants:
3 × custom-made hearing protection solutions of the winner’s choice
The winners will be selected at random after the promotion ends and will be notified via email.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
Employees of bachmaier GmbH are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge. Sweepstakes clubs and automated entry services are not eligible.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the giveaway.
3.Entry Requirements
To enter the giveaway validly, participants must complete the following steps:
Complete the survey about the new Softtouch silicone hearing protection material
Provide their full name and a valid email address
3. Actively confirm participation in the giveaway
By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
4. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. Data Protection

6. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons.
