For 40 years, everything we do has been about good hearing. And that is exactly what we are celebrating – together with you. What began in 1986 with a clear conviction is now more than just a company. It is an idea that has grown: hearing can be improved. More precisely. More personalised. Closer to the individual. From our beginnings in hearing care, we have evolved into a developer and manufacturer of customized solutions for the ear – with our own production facilities, extensive experience and a commitment to always thinking ahead. Yet, despite all the changes, one thing has remained the same: the people behind it all. As an owner-managed family business, we stand for solidarity, responsibility and genuine teamwork. Because we believe that the best solutions are created not only through technology, but through people who work on them with passion.

Bernd Kubicke hands over the management of the company to his son Fabian, who leads bachmaier GmbH into the next generation.

With a modern hearing protection laboratory in Ramsau, the development and production of our own hearing protection series begins.
bachmaier® completely switches to digital production and sets new standards in the industry.
The first bachmaier® online shop is launched - a milestone for digital customer loyalty.
