Cleaning specialist (m/f/d)

Do you take pride in spotless spaces and high standards of cleanliness? Join our team as a Cleaning Specialist (m/f/d) and help ensure that our hearing care clinics always provide a clean, welcoming and professional environment.
Your responsibilities include the thorough cleaning of treatment rooms, work areas, windows and restrooms. You will rotate between our hearing care clinics in Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall and Freilassing, and provide holiday cover at our company headquarters in Bischofswiesen.
You have a keen eye for detail and quickly notice when something needs extra attention – often before others do. You work independently, stay well organised and consistently meet hygiene and quality standards. Careful documentation of your work is part of your routine. For you, cleanliness and order are not just tasks, but a personal standard.
This position involves approximately 10 hours per week and can be flexibly integrated into your daily routine. We offer flexible working hours, a friendly and supportive team, a relaxed working environment and modern equipment. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is that you are reliable, thorough, self-motivated and friendly.

As the name suggests, the training for a wholesale and foreign trade specialist includes two areas of focus. In wholesale trade, you’ll purchase goods from international manufacturers or suppliers and sell them to companies that either need them for their own operations or for resale to customers. At bachmaier®, we also manufacture products for acoustic specialists, so you’ll be preparing offers on tools, cleaning supplies, impression materials, and more. You’ll learn to negotiate with acousticians by phone or in person, with the goal of securing orders. Key tasks in wholesale include checking inventory, monitoring deliveries, and preparing shipments for smooth, timely dispatch. In foreign trade, your role focuses on the import and export of goods. This involves negotiating with companies worldwide, navigating customs regulations, and working with different currencies—so good language skills are definitely a plus! You’ll also learn to attract new clients by analyzing competitors and creating promotional strategies. Besides communication skills, your work revolves around numbers: you’ll calculate prices, create invoices, and prepare monthly reports on income and expenses. There’s always something new to tackle!
