The bachmaier® protect high frequency hard filter is specifically designed for environments with intense high-frequency noise. It selectively reduces high-pitched sounds without compromising speech intelligibility – making it ideal for professions involving frequent customer or patient interaction. Due to its low attenuation of low-frequency noise, this filter does not meet the EN 352-2 standard and is therefore not suitable for use in industrial noise environments. However, it is perfectly suited for use in dental practices, kindergartens, care facilities, or open-plan offices – anywhere high-frequency sounds are disruptive and clear communication is essential.
